International Return Policy – United Kingdom, Japan, and Canda

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our international return policy specific to customers in the United Kingdom below.

Return Eligibility

  • MUST GO to Contact Us send message within 7 days of delivery to be considered eligble for Return

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of Retrun process started.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • On-sale, customized, items are non-returnable unless faulty (will require pictures).

Process

  • Contact Us: Visit our Contact Us by clicking the link and filling out the form (all fields required)
  • Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (R.A.) number and Customs Document and Return instructions email.
  • Shipping: Return shipping is covered by the Company and Pick Up will be communicated with the Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions (in RA email).
  • YOU MUST COMMUNICATE A "PICK DATE" ONCE R.A. IS RECEIVE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIVING R.A.

Refunds

  • Refunds willbe issued in the form of currency used at checkout once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Please allow up to 7-14 business days for your return to be processed once item is received and inspected.
  • Obviously none of you know the going rate for golf clubs customs, so just be aware all customs costs will be on the customer for SHIPPING and RETURNS.

Exchanges

  • Due to international shipping logistics, we do not offer Product Exchanges.

  • If you need a different item or reorder of a Returning or Returned product, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
