Domestic (US) Shipping & Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Time: Return request through Contact Us MUST BE communicated within 5 days of delivery date 
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging or similar*
  • Restrictions: Certain personalized products (engrave or tagged, etc.) are non-returnable**

Process

  • Contact Us: Visit our Contact Us by clicking the link and filling out the form (all fields required)
  • Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  • Shipping: Return shipping is covered by the Company and Pick Up will be communicated with the Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

Refunds

  • Refunds will ONLY be issued in the form of Store Credit or Product Replacement once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • You MUST communicate your form of refund either in the original Contact Us request or while receiving Return Authorization (RA) number otherwise only Store Credit will be issued.
  • Please allow up to 7-14 business days for your return to be processed once item is received and inspected.

*Some items may not have returnable packaging, all that is needed is the RETURN label

**If found that (engrave and/or tag etc.) is found to be reason for Return shipment will qualify for return so long as all other requirments are stil met

Shipping (to yo mama)

  • We can ship to virtually any address in the world (but we may chose not to Ship to you for a multiple factors), but does not mean we will. Obviously none of you know the going rate for golf clubs customs, so just beaware all customs costs will be on the customer, including Returns (International). Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations (engrave, branded, tagged, etc.).

  • When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

  • Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. We do not display weight out of shaming our Products. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. (MOST ITEMS are weighted at a pound (1lb), except, Bags, all Bags estmiated at 10 lbs.)
